ppvup Terms & Conditions

Section 1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "user") and ppvup, the operating entity ("ppvup") of the ppvup platform ("Platform").

By browsing the ppvup website, creating an account, playing games, or using any service, you are fully accepting these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

ppvup reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on the ppvup platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those who are 21 or older.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The identity you provide must be your own — creating an account under someone else's identity is not permitted.
• After account registration, ppvup may request the necessary documents to complete the identity verification (KYC) process.

2.1 Identity Verification

ppvup reserves the right to verify users' identities to ensure a safe and transparent environment. Deposit or withdrawal access may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

Section 3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account.

• Your account may not be shared with any third party.
• Notify the ppvup support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• ppvup is not responsible for any loss resulting from the use of a weak password or logging in from an unsecured device.
• ppvup reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

Section 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

The following payment methods are currently supported on ppvup: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits will be processed after account verification is complete.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Bonus-related funds will not be withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been met.
• ppvup reserves the right to delay withdrawals if additional identity verification is required.

Section 5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ppvup offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting these offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount. For example: after receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the bonus becomes withdrawable only after placing bets worth ৳10,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if misuse or fraud is suspected.
• Bonus offers may have a specific expiry date — unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiry.
• ppvup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.

Section 6 Gaming Rules & Restrictions

The following rules apply when playing games on ppvup:

• All games are conducted following fair play principles. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes through cheating or software will result in account termination.
• ppvup reserves the right to void a bet if a game result is abnormal due to a technical error.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, the outcome will be determined in accordance with ppvup's established policy.
• Playing on multiple devices from one account simultaneously may be prohibited.

6.1 VIP Program

ppvup's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Promotion to a higher tier is based on the volume and regularity of play. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvup platform:

• Engaging in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to participate in games.
• Colluding or forming syndicates to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or introducing malware.
• Acting fraudulently towards other users.
• Misrepresenting ppvup's brand or services.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party.

Section 8 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the ppvup platform — including software, graphics, logos, text, images, and audio-visual materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ppvup or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or publish any content from ppvup without prior written permission.

Section 9 Limitation of Liability

ppvup will not be liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Loss caused by the user's internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's gaming decisions.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party services (payment providers).
• Incidents occurring during unexpected technical failures or system maintenance.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to the user's account.

The ppvup platform is provided on an "as is" basis. No express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is provided.

Section 10 Privacy & Data Protection

ppvup treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure.

• ppvup never sells personal information to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities to meet legal requirements.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their own data.

Section 11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by User

Any user may close their account at any time. All withdrawable funds must be withdrawn before closing the account. Contact the support team to close your account.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by ppvup

ppvup may suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information during the identity verification process.
• Direction or order from a legal authority.
• Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

Section 12 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between ppvup and a user will first be addressed through discussion. Please contact the support email to raise a dispute.

If resolution through discussion is not possible, the matter may be brought before an appropriate judicial forum. The time limit for raising a dispute is three months from the date of the incident.

In disputes relating to game outcomes, ppvup's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

Section 13 Changes to Terms

ppvup reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• The revised Terms will be published on the website and the "Last Revised" date will be updated.
• Users may be notified by email of any important changes.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the user's agreement to the new terms.
• If the user disagrees with the new terms, they may close their account.
